Elevated Peak Marketing is the name under which we design, build and maintain websites for businesses, based in Indiana. It is not a separately incorporated company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Elevated Peak Marketing, and “you” means anyone using this site.

• Use the site lawfully and only for its purpose: learning about our work and contacting us.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
• Do not try to get into the private team area without permission. It is for our team only.
• Do not send false information, spam or harmful files through the consultation form.

Requesting a consultation does not commit you or us to anything. Prices, packages and timelines on this site describe how we usually work; they are not an offer. Any project we take on is set out in a written proposal or agreement with you, and that document governs the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal or agreement wins.

The text, design, logo and other content of this site belong to us, unless a page says otherwise. You may view and share links to it, but please do not copy it for your own commercial use without asking us.

The names, logos and screenshots of client websites shown here belong to their owners. We show them as examples of our work.

This site links to other websites, including our clients' sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Information on it is general, may change, and is not professional advice for your situation. We do not promise particular results from a website, such as search rankings, traffic or sales.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for losses caused by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of Indiana.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
