Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy.

Last updated October 2, 2026

This policy explains what information Elevated Peak Marketing collects, why we collect it, who handles it for us, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and specific, and we only describe what the site actually does.

Who we are

Elevated Peak Marketing is the name under which we design, build and maintain websites for businesses, based in Indiana. It is not a separately incorporated company. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Elevated Peak Marketing. You can reach us at julian@elevatedpeakmarketing.com.

What we collect

When you request a consultation. The form on our consultation page asks for your name, your email address and what you are looking to build. Your phone number and your business name or website are optional. Netlify, which hosts this site, receives and stores each submission for us.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your message and anything you attach.

When you visit this site. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this site, and its public pages set no cookies. Like any web host, Netlify processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you switch between the light and dark theme, your browser remembers the choice on your own device. See our Cookie Policy.

If you become a client. We keep your business contact details, the details of the websites we build or manage for you, and our billing records with you in our private admin system.

Websites we manage for clients

Some websites we build and manage for our clients include a small measurement script from us, so we can report visits to the client. For each page view it records the page address, the referring page, any campaign tags in the link, the type of device (desktop, mobile or tablet), the browser, the visitor's country and region as our host reports them, and the time. Where the client asks for it, it also notes when a visitor takes a step the client cares about, such as sending a quote form or tapping a call button, without recording what was typed or who sent it.

  • It sets no cookies and uses no other storage in the visitor's browser.
  • It does not store IP addresses or identify individual visitors.
  • It does not follow anyone from one website to another.

We use these figures only to report to the client whose site it is. If you visited one of our clients' websites, that client's own privacy policy also applies, and you are welcome to contact us directly.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and schedule a consultation.
  • To plan, build, maintain and support websites for our clients.
  • To send invoices and keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.
  • To keep this site and our systems working and secure.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job described:

  • Netlify hosts this site and receives consultation form submissions.
  • Neon hosts the database behind our private admin system, which holds client records and the visit figures described above.
  • Auth0 handles sign-in for our team's private admin area. It is not used for visitors.
  • Our email provider carries the emails we send and receive.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests and emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our conversations with you. We keep client and billing records for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as business and tax rules require. When you ask us to delete your information, we do so unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email julian@elevatedpeakmarketing.com and we will reply. You can also clear the theme preference at any time in your browser's settings.

Security

We use reputable providers, keep access to client records limited to our team, and require sign-in for our admin area. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site and our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
